Please read our FAQs for more info

Choose which region to support

For the security and safety of those working to feed Gaza, we do not disclose the exact locations of each kitchen.

The map divides Gaza into three regions, South, Central, and North. All listed kitchens include links and information to support their efforts.

We’ve spotlighted specific kitchens and groups in a separate section, highlighting their individual campaigns check these out here.

Gaza Sunbirds

Delivering Aid Where Others Can’t

The Gaza Sunbirds, a paracycling team, source food from local farms, warehouses, and markets, delivering it to areas beyond the reach of traditional aid. Their small size allows them to address individual community needs effectively.

Watermelon Sisters

Raising funds for their community flour initiative

In Gaza, a 25kg flour bag costs approx. $300 and yields around 250 loaves of bread—far too expensive for most to afford individually. The initiative aims to fund four bags of flour, for 1,000 loaves to distribute locally.

"Alot of people across Gaza depend on hot meals from community kitchens. If community kitchens stop, people will starve"

- Hind Khoudary

FAQs

Fund a Kitchen in Gaza is a free tool to locate food kitchens across Gaza that are providing and distributing urgently needed meals to hundreds of thousands of people.

This is not a replacement for individual fundraisers or the work of larger humanitarian organisations on the ground.

Gaza is being starved to death by Israel. Food trucks entering the strip are at their lowest levels in decades, causing widespread famine. Food kitchens have emerged across Gaza, distributing thousands of meals to families in need.

Food prices are soaring, and these kitchens need to purchase all ingredients to distribute meals to as many people as possible.

This work is extremely dangerous. Israel has, on multiple occasions, bombed kitchens, warehouses, aid facilities, and bakeries trying to provide assistance.

For the security and safety of those working to feed Gaza, we do not disclose the exact locations of each kitchen. The map divides Gaza into three large areas (south, central, and north) and lists kitchens within those general areas.

The unfortunate reality is that we all have to trust strangers to ensure money sent to Gaza reaches its intended recipients. We have tried to select kitchens we believe are transparent and have included ones recommended by a few trusted contacts in Gaza.

However, there is no way for us to verify each kitchen. Just as with donating to a GoFundMe, we encourage you to research these kitchens and make an informed decision.

If you suspect any kitchen or mutual aid organisation of misusing funds, please contact us at the email address below.

Transparency

Humanti Project has built this tool for everyone to use. We do not collect any money or receive financial payments from any organisation or group inside or outside Gaza.

All kitchens and mutual aid groups listed are submitted by the community, and we disclose who submitted them for full transparency.
