This Isn’t a Ceasefire / Israel Blockade Continues Starvation Amid “Ceasefire”
Israel Breaks Ceasefire 36 Times
Israel Kills 23 Palestinians During “Ceasefire”

Since the so-called ‘ceasefire’ began in Gaza on 10 October, Israel has violated the agreement at least 36 times, killing at least 23 people. Field researchers at the Gaza Centre for Human Rights have documented airstrikes, artillery shelling, and gunfire by Israeli forces across multiple parts of the enclave in recent days.
Alongside the ongoing attacks, Israel has extended the complete closure of the Rafah crossing and continues its starvation policy. The ceasefire agreement states that Israel must allow at least 600 aid trucks per day to enter Gaza. Yet between 10 and 15 October, the Gaza Centre for Human Rights reported that only 173 trucks entered in total, far below the 1,800 trucks agreed to enter in that time.
UNRWA has thousands of humanitarian aid trucks ready to enter Gaza, enough food to meet Gaza’s needs for three months, and shelter materials for 1.3 million displaced people. But Israel continues to block their entry. The blockade also prevents the entry of sanitation supplies, heavy machinery to clear rubble, hospital equipment, and clean water.
“I have not witnessed any notable progress in terms of health services or the availability of medicines since the ceasefire began.” Mohammed Abu Salmiya, Director of al-Shifa Hospital.
There is no ceasefire. There is no safety. The genocide continues.
